In case of baggage delivery delay, you should inform Baggage Lost and Found immediately after baggage delivery of your flight has ended. Also, you should present the rest of the pieces of baggage you have got (if you have such ones) for weighing in order to set the difference between baggage weight you gave for transportation and actual baggage you have got in fact.
Searching of your baggage will go on for 21 days. During this term, you may present the written claim for delay of baggage delivery. If baggage will not be found within 21 days, you may present the written claim on loss reimbursement for missing baggage.
Airline claim management will consider the claim and will advise the passenger on the results of its deliberations within 3 months or 6 months if an oversea carrier is involved.
In case of baggage damage, you may present a written claim on loss reimbursement immediately on damage reveal and not later than 7 days after receiving baggage.

In case if any of items is lack, you may present a written claim on loss reimbursement immediately on reveal of lack and not later than 7 days after relevant flight.
